Accor launches the Cleanliness & Prevention #ALLSAFE label 1

Welcoming, protecting and caring for others is what we do and who we are. The health, safety and well-being of our staff, guests, owners and partners remain our top priority as the world experiences an unprecedented crisis.

Accor has been prioritizing the safety of its guests on a daily basis for more than 50 years, thanks to our high standards of hygiene and cleanliness applied by all our brands around the world. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and to ensure the safety of our clients and employees as hotels reopen, we have elevated those norms even further by launching a unique cleanliness and prevention label: ALLSAFE.

Global cleaning and prevention standards for the ALLSAFE seal were developed and approved Bureau Veritas, the world leader in testing, inspection and certification. All hotels in the group will apply these standards and will be audited by Accor operational specialists or third party auditors, such as Bureau Veritas, to receive the seal.

The Group’s operational experience, our geographical presence and the lessons learned in previous cases provide us with a great track record and experience that allow us to adapt perfectly to the new expectations and hygiene requirements of the client.

This is a historic challenge for the Group, which is working tirelessly to recover, so that our guests can enjoy their travel experience in complete safety.
